Do I own my URL address?

TYPICALLY NO.  Here YES.  We buy them for you and put them on auto-renewal.  You pay us to do that for you.  However, we are not the norm in the industry and it depends on your website provider.  Most will charge you a large fee for the URL and / or to transfer it to you if you want it.  YOU DO WANT IT.

a.  You want to control it.
b.  You do NOT want someone else owning it.
c.  Find who your current website provider is by going to this page and entering in your url address to see who it is and when it expires:  www.who.is

Here we will give  you the information to contact that provider to initiate the process and cancel from the other provicer. We can NOT do it for you.  Unfortunately only the website owner / client can request that from the provider.  We can give you the:

Company Name  |  Address  |  Phone Number  | Email (most of the time - unless they have it listed privately where that information is not available.

Costs can range from $0 - $200 and some companies will refuse to transfer your URL address as they want to keep your business.  We highly recommend you take whatever steps necessary to gain the ownership of your URL addresses so you do not have multiple websites out there.

Why?  Simply put, you are competing against yourself online and making it difficult to succeed. You want to do it right and get the most for your investment dollars so the website can earn you new customers and to do so you need to provide as few roadblocks as possible.  Your old website if you leave it up is a roadblock.

We will handle the transfer once you initiate it as part of the launch package if given the transfer codes and / or authorization information - correct login.  That time is set to be less than 45 minutes.
